What is a ceramic coating?
Ceramic coatings, or nano ceramic coatings are SiO2 based liquids that are hand applied to your paint. These SiO2 liquids bond to your paint and provide a hard shell over your paint, providing protection to your paint and increasing the gloss and hydrophobics of your vehicle.
Why do you need a ceramic coating?
The benefits to having a ceramic coating include improved cleaning abilities, UV/oxidation protection, stops chemical staining and improves the gloss and shine of the paint. Ceramic coatings will maintain the value of your vehicle, by keeping it looking like new for longer. The cleaning process takes less time and is a much easier process, which saves you time and money. How do ceramic coatings work?
A ceramic coating is applied to the vehicle by hand, allowed to bond to the paint and then buffed to a smooth, slick shine. SiO2 coatings provide a hard shell over the clear coat of your vehicle, usually much harder than the clearcoat itself. This forms a protective barrier against dirt, UV rays, bird droppings, sap, bug residue and road salt. A ceramic coating will last anywhere from 1 year to 5 years depending on the coating and the amount of dissolved solids in the liquid. All ceramic coatings do require periodic maintenance to keep them performing as intended.

You can start with an entry level coating that will provide 12+ months of protection or move up to a 2-3 year coating. We also offer 5 year coating to keep your vehicle looking like a diamond for years. Entry level coatings start at $250 and do not require paint correction. For our multi year coatings we strongly suggest paint correction first to remove scratch marks, swirls, holograms and oxidation. Paint correction will also help allow the coating to have the best bond to the paint and maximize the life and performance of the coating. A one year coating is great for those looking for great protection, that can be applied yearly. It does not require paint correction, and is a great way to get an idea of what a ceramic coating can do for you.
A 2 year coating is perfect for people that are on a lease program, or not planning on keeping their vehicle for more than a couple years. It provides great amounts of gloss and protection, retaining the value of your vehicle.
Our highest requested coating is our premiere 3 year coating. This coating is amazing for anyone looking to keep their vehicle for three plus years. It has the highest level of gloss and slickness of all the coatings. If you have a daily driver, or a vehicle that is parked outside regularly, this is the only option you should be looking at.
